Food Festival Sponsorships and In-Kind Donations

We are pleased to share details about Congregation Mickve Israel’s The Shalom Y’all Jewish Food Festival.  This year we are hosting our 34th Annual event on Sunday, November 17th, 2024, in Monterey Square. We are excited to be returning to a full slate of in-person Jewish food offerings, entertainment, and community gathering.  We invite you to consider becoming a sponsor this year, joining the scores of sponsors who help us make the Food Fest a vital part of Mickve Israel’s fundraising and “friend-raising” for the year. A sponsorship at any level helps our congregation provide services to congregants and the entire community.  Please see the sponsor level designations below and consider a sponsor level that best fits your ability to support this beloved annual event. 
 
And the food festival offers more than good Jewish-style food:  it is an important event for our city that draws participants of all ages, from many religious and ethnic backgrounds within Savannah, and regional guests from all over coastal Georgia. We will publicize sponsors in various formats, both digital and in hard copy publicity, to show our appreciation.

This year’s sponsor levels are a reflection of multiples of Chai (the number 18 and the Jewish word for life)
as well as numerically symbolic numbers in Judaism.

Double Chai (x100) - Pillars of the Festival -$3,600 and up.

•    Receive $200 in event tickets. 

Chai Society (x100) - Sustainers of the Festival - $1,800 and up

•    Online recognition throughout the year
•    Email and paper promotional distribution to CMI community
•    Event Day recognition through digital banners and emcee announcements
•    Receive $100 in event tickets. 

Mitzvah Tribes - A Mitzvah is a good deed - $1,200 and up (for the 12 tribes)

•    Receive $60 in event tickets. 

Menorahs – Light of the Festival - $800 and up (for the 8 candles on the Menorah)

•    Receive $40 in event tickets. 

Chai Supporters – Full Circle Support - $360 and up

Chaverim (Friends) (For Individuals, couples or families)  -$118 and up
